We do not employ, manage, supervise, or control the Mechanics listed on or accessible through our website, nor do we guarantee or warrant the quality, safety, legality, timeliness, or any other aspect of the services provided by such Mechanics. Each Mechanic operates as an independent contractor or separate business entity that is not affiliated with Mobile Mechanic Finder beyond their listing on our platform.
Any agreement for services entered into between you and any Mechanic is strictly between you and the Mechanic. Mobile Mechanic Finder does not provide automotive repair or diagnostic services of any kind, nor do we accept responsibility for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence on the part of any Mechanic or Contractor. We do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the workmanship, parts, or services of any Mechanic, and we expressly disclaim any liability for any loss, damage, injury, or other claim that may arise out of or in connection with your engagement of any such Mechanic.
Release of Liability

Any concerns or disputes regarding the services provided must be addressed directly with the Mechanic or Contractor, and you are solely responsible for resolving any such disputes. We encourage all Customers to exercise due diligence and conduct their own research before engaging any Mechanic, including verifying credentials, insurance, and references as appropriate for their own protection.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mobile Mechanic Finder’s website or services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- You understand that Mechanics are independent professionals and not employees, agents, or representatives of Mobile Mechanic Finder.
- You assume all risks associated with using the platform and engaging Mechanics listed therein.
